Exchanging Tickets at BFT

Our mission isn’t possible without you in the audience. If you find that you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, please contact our box office at boxoffice@bftonline.org, or by phone, 205-933-2383, to discuss your available options.

There’s no fee to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same production. We ask that you please get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance to exchange your tickets. If that's not possible, please contact us as soon as you can before your performance and we’ll help you explore all possible options.

Birmingham Festival Theatre does not offer refunds on purchased tickets; all sales are final. In rare circumstances when a performance may be cancelled (due to extreme weather, artist absence or other unavoidable situations) we will offer your choice of replacement tickets for another performance, donation letters, or refunds. Learn more about our weather policy.
